The 10 cards in the Content Library are done and postable now. The 3 shorts are scripted but not yet filmed — so Week 1 runs on static content while filming happens, and each short slots in the week it's realistically ready. Times are general 2026 best-practice windows (lunch + evening for Shorts/Reels/TikTok, morning for Facebook's older audience) — tune against your own analytics once PRISM is wired and reporting.

Every piece of content earns its slot by feeding one of the three rails from the Setup Guide. Nothing here is content for its own sake.

This is the open item flagged in the SIGNAL Hub ("Sponsor kit — one-pager for Rail 3, drafted once reach data exists"). Reach doesn't exist yet, so this is scaffolding: the tier structure and what each tier includes are real; the numbers are placeholders. Do not send this to a prospective sponsor until the ranges are replaced with real analytics.
