How This 30 Days Is Built
21 assets, 60 slots — the repeat cycle, disclosed
Every post below is a single-image feed post at a strict 2/day cadence (11:30am and 7:00pm Mountain). Trivia questions and answers each get their own slot on consecutive days rather than being merged into a carousel — that keeps every day's two posts the same format and makes the schedule below simple to audit.
The library has 21 unique cards (1 one-time welcome post + 20 repeatable). 30 days × 2 posts = 60 slots, so the same 20 cards run three times across the month: Days 0–9 unique, Days 10–19 repeat #1, Days 20–29 repeat #2. Each repeat reuses the exact image and exact caption — no new copy written for the reruns.
This was a deliberate call, not a default. The alternative — fresh captions per repeat, dropping to 1/day once uniques ran out, or holding the back half open — was raised directly and Joe chose the exact-repeat cycle as planned. When New Content Arrives
Repeat slots are swap points, not locked in
Joe's plan is to add more advanced content as the month runs — new cards, filmed Reels, real client results. Every Cycle 2 and Cycle 3 slot above is a placeholder using recycled Cycle 1 material, which means each one can be swapped for new content without breaking the 2/day cadence or needing to renumber anything.
- To swap a slot: delete the scheduled repeat post in Blotato for that day/time, upload the new asset, and create its replacement with the same
scheduledTime. The day/time grid stays intact.
- Priority order for swaps: Cycle 2 (Days 11–19) first, since those are the soonest repeats a follower would actually notice as a rerun; Cycle 3 (Days 21–29) is lower urgency.
- No swap required — the schedule runs exactly as planned above if nothing new arrives in time. That was the point of locking in the full 30 days now rather than leaving gaps.
